summer shipping rates are in effect. That means we only offer Overnight and 2day. We still reserve the right to upgrade your shipment if we think it will not make it.
We only ship on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays. We do not ship on thursdays or fridays to prevent shipments from getting hung up in a warehouse somewhere over the weekend.
PLEASE BE AWARE if you are shipping to a hot southwest kind of place we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping choice and charge you accordingly so your chocolates arrive impeccable.
We will no longer ship ground, anywhere. We have had too many problems with chocolates being damaged; we take great care to make them "just exactly perfect" and we do not want to see our hard work nor your precious gift, crushed along the way. One caveat though.....
It is best to order multiple items. The initial shipping charge is always for the first pound. The next pound or two is a NOMINAL increase in shipping. Ordering a $10 item and paying $14 for shipping is silly, order $50 worth and the shipping is still $14......kinda weird, but there it is.....
For residents of, but not limited to - AZ, NM, TX, LA, MS, NV, AL, GA, FL, we do not recommend any shipping option other than overnight. We have had many meltdowns to these states and recommend that you spend the extra dollars to insure your chocolates arrive safely. If you choose 2-day or 3-day shipping and your chocolates melt, we will not be held responsible.
We are not responsible for any damages to your chocolates from abuse or delays by UPS/FedEx/USPS or any other carrier.
