At the San Francisco "Chocolate Salon" we ended up sweeping the awards with our confections.
We won medals for: Top Artisan Chocolateir Best New Product Best Flavored Bar Best Truffle Most Gifted Chocolatier Best in Salon Best Filled Truffle Best Organic Chocolate The new Smokey Blue Truffle was a big hit and won the Best New Product Award hands down. There were over 30 chocolate companies competing. We sold out of them in
less than 4 hours.
