Cayenne Caramel

Sweet Heat catagory

beating 783 other entries for taste!!
   
On July 14th and 15th we went to San Francisco to attend the "Chocolate Salon". We ended up sweeping the awards with our confections.

Best Truffle
Most Gifted Chocolatier
Best in Salon
Best Filled Truffle
Best Organic Chocolate

      The new Smokey Blue Truffle was a big hit and won the Best New Product Award hands down. We sold out of them in less than 4 hours. There were over 30 chocolate  companies competing.
