One of our best sellers. We take really good bacon, chop it fine, cook it crisp, caramelize it in maple syrup, then mix it with milk chocolate and a dash of smoked salt. 1.5oz bars.

It was a gift so I didn't get a chance to taste it. The recipient let me know that she was involved in a charity action and this little bar of yummyness caused a bidding war.
