This 65% dark organic chocolate bar is very special. We got this idea to age chocolate in used whiskey barrels and after much trial and error we figured it out. All the nuance of the charred oak barrels and lush richness of the distilled grain flavor have infused themselves into the chocolate. Whack fall the daddy-o indeed. 2.5oz of chocolate.
