These beans are from Piura, one of Peru’s most beloved cacao growing regions. They are certified organic and fair trade. They are also rare. Around 50% of each crop are "White Beans," which are prized for their flavor. The intense fruitiness is what sets this chocolate apart from the others we make. We feel honored to be able to make this award-winning bar from them.
